Strengthens Bodies With Slow Movements And Fast Results

Combining strength training with cardio, balance and flexibility, Btone Fitness is an East Coast gym franchise with seven locations in the Boston, MA area.

Founder Jody Merrill said the many locations allow the studios to be very accessible to many customers everywhere. Their motto is “slow moves, fast results” and is evident in their choice of equipment.

Btone Fitness uses reforming machines, similar to Pilates, water rowing machines and weights for full body workouts. There are six classes offered by Btone Fitness: Tone, Row, Tone n Torch, Cir-Cut, Dynamic Tone, and Boot camp.

“All of our classes are gear-based, and we like to use gear that you don’t see every day,” Merrill said.

“We pride ourselves on being able to offer an entire class, where our clients work together on the same routine, despite whether one may be an athlete, a newcomer or someone working with injuries.

Despite the equipment slightly intimidating, it’s anything but and delivers one of the most amazing and comprehensive all-around workouts.”

A Genius Hybrid of Resistance Training, Yoga & Pilates

There’s yoga, Pilates, barre, bootcamps. There’s no shortage of fun and sweaty group X classes, but there is a shortage.

A Genius Hybrid of Resistance Training, Yoga & Pilates

However, there’s a dearth of fitness modalities that won’t bore you or eat up your whole day.

There is a dearth of modifiable methods. There is a lack of intelligence and fun in your workouts and there is a serious deficit in results.
